What if something doesn’t work? How to report a problem.

We don’t want anything to get in the way of your Bible habit and time in the Word. If you ever have a problem we are here to help! Please just let us know and we will make sure we get back to you as soon as we can.

How do I subscribe to a Plan?

Subscribe to a plan to track your progress and add it to your home screen.

  1. Go to Browse Page
  2. Tap on the plan you want to subscribe to
  3. Tap the plus button on the plan image
  4. Tap Subscribe on the pop-up

How do I reset my password?

  1. Tap "Forget your password?" above the sign-in block
  2. Enter your email in the next page then press Send Recovery
  3. Copy the recovery code from your email and paste into the Enter your Recovery Code field. Then type a new password into the New Password field.
  4. Press "Set New Password"
