Welcome back, friends! As we continue our exploration of the Psalms, we’re excited to introduce you to the third book of this incredible collection. Psalms Book III: God’s Mixtape Volume 3 is a powerful journey that delves into the complexities of faith, doubt, and the unwavering love of God.
What is Psalms Book III?
Psalms Book III is a collection of 17 chapters that delve into the spiritual wrestling match between what we see and what we believe. The psalmist Asaph takes the lead in this exploration, guiding us through the intricate tapestry of faith and doubt.
In this plan through Psalms 73-89, Through the Word teachers Kris Langham, Peyton Jones, and Melanie Hurlbut help us encounter the struggles of those who questioned God’s promises in the face of adversity. Asaph, a contemporary of David, experienced firsthand the highs and lows of Israel’s history. He witnessed the glory of David’s reign and the subsequent decline under Solomon and Rehoboam.
